BritsinCrete Joins the Franglo Classifieds Adverts Network

Heraklion, Crete, and Paris, March 27, 2009 -- BritsinCrete.Net, a leading English language portal serving the British and Irish Expatriate community in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean announced today is has joined the rapidly expanding Franglo Classifieds Network as a partner.

Brits in Crete will host a new classified ads online service, powered by Franglo, allowing users to quickly and easily publish classified ads in dozens of different categories. Thanks to Franglo’s network model, there are more ads to browse. These same postings are more effective because they are accessible by users of multiple websites, not just one.

Users can publish classified ads for free, or can choose to buy a Featured Posting for a small fee. Featured Postings get priority placement, more visibility, and ultimately more hits. Featured Postings can cost as little as €16 per month.

“Brits in Crete will benefit immediately from joining a large Ex-pat online classified ads service, where visitors can read and publish postings quickly, easily, and for free,” said Brits in Crete web portal owner Gerald Brown. “Links from Brits in Crete, especially the lifestyle sections in its community forum, instantly offer members and users a much wider Internet audience for their announcements. This will result in a greater flow in visitor traffic to our web sites.”

The new Brits in Crete classifieds are accessible via the Brits in Crete websites – the main site, the forum and Crete Property Uncovered, or directly at

“We are very pleased to have Brits in Crete as a partner, and our first partner for Greece,” said Franglo CEO Lorin Kalisky. “Brits in Crete is a great resource for expats and travelers alike, and we are proud to power the expanded Brits in Crete classifieds.”
